Emma set up ESC in 2000 after assisting some of the UK’s most prolific Casting Directors. With her eagle-eyed attention to detail Emma has worked on projects that have achieved critical and award winning success. Alongside attaching established artistes to projects, using her razor sharp instinct for undiscovered talent Emma has been blessed to work with artistes that have gone on to achieve global success.
